Lindsay Walker
Clinical Intern

Lyndsay Walker is a graduate student completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Before entering the counseling field, she worked in special education, where she gained experience supporting a diverse range of students across many ages and needs. That background shapes how she approaches therapy today, with a genuine passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. Lyndsay works with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples, and enjoys the variety that comes with treating clients across the lifespan. Her approach is person-centered and strength-based, and she is intentional about building a strong therapeutic alliance and creating a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. A few notes: I tightened the language, varied the sentence structure so it doesn't read as choppy, and gave it a bit more warmth for a client-facing audience while keeping it professional. If you'd like, I can also draft a shorter version for a staff directory listing, or match the tone to bios already on your site if you send me one or two for reference.
